Partner Collaboratives

Here’s how we’re helping partners develop higher-impact culture strategies to advance climate solutions.

  • TradesForce

What would it take to recruit the millions of clean energy workers needed to meet U.S. climate targets?

To address the U.S. electrician and skilled workforce shortage — a key bottleneck in IRA implementation and the U.S. clean energy transition — Grounded is uniting influencers, labor unions, philanthropy, and government partners in a groundbreaking campaign to popularize clean energy trades and launch the first-ever centralized, AI-powered platform to connect workers to clean energy training and jobs.

  • Global Safety Net

What would it take to mobilize a mass movement to reverse climate change by restoring the world’s carbon sinks?

The Global Safety Net campaign leverages One Earth’s landmark research to identify and map critical targets for land conservation and restoration to slow or even reverse the climate crisis. Uniting influencers, philanthropy, land trusts, and government partners, our goal is to coordinate large-scale action to regenerate the world’s carbon sinks, meet 30x30 targets, and preserve a livable planet — starting with a pilot phase in California.

  • Amazon Bioeconomies

What would it take to regenerate the Amazon Rainforest by accelerating Brazil’s transition to a bioeconomic superpower?

As the Amazon Rainforest reaches its critical tipping point, this campaign in development aims to shift global procurement strategies away from Brazilian beef — the primary cause of Amazon deforestation — toward Amazon bioeconomies that can regenerate the rainforest. This is an emerging international effort between influencers, brands, and governments to not only support Brazil but protect U.S. and global food security.
